1. Agreement, operator, and electronic assent
These Terms form an agreement between you and RAR7 LLC, the company that manages and operates the Lotra project and Service. "Lotra," "we," "us," and "our" refer to RAR7 LLC when acting as the Service operator.
The desktop application presents these Terms and the Privacy Policy on first launch. By selecting the required acknowledgments and choosing Accept and continue, authorizing the Discord application, creating or using a device binding, starting the cloud signal listener, purchasing or using Premium access, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to both documents. If you do not agree, do not accept the dialog and do not use the Service.
Acceptance is versioned and associated with the installation's cryptographic device identity. When Discord login succeeds, an acceptance record may also be associated with the Discord account and bound device. A new device or a materially revised policy may require acceptance again.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if all of the following are true:
- you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter this agreement;
- you may lawfully use the Service where you live and trade;
- you satisfy Discord's, each broker's, and each connected provider's eligibility rules;
- you own, or have documented authority to control, every connected brokerage account; and
- you are not barred by sanctions, law, court order, employer policy, or another binding restriction.
Lotra does not collect a date of birth or independently verify legal capacity. You are responsible for providing truthful information and discontinuing use if you cease to be eligible.
3. What the Service does
The Service may provide:
- a Windows desktop portfolio, brokerage-login, order-preview, and order-submission interface;
- local account selectors, safety settings, execution records, and duplicate guards;
- Discord OAuth identity, server-membership, Premium-role, and administrator checks;
- administrator-issued, time-limited buy and sell signals;
- cloud delivery, claim, authorization, completion, and anti-duplicate records;
- installation-key binding and owner-assisted unbinding; and
- official, unofficial, browser-assisted, or third-party brokerage integrations with differing capabilities.
Features and broker availability vary by version, account, location, market-data entitlement, provider changes, and local configuration. A broker shown in the app may be experimental, temporarily unavailable, or support only part of the workflow.
4. Limited software license and ownership
Subject to these Terms and valid access, RAR7 LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one authorized copy of the Lotra desktop application for your personal, lawful use. This is a license, not a sale of the software or Service.
RAR7 LLC and the applicable licensors retain their respective rights in Lotra, including its software, design, text, branding, and service infrastructure. Included open-source components remain governed by their own licenses and notices. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatible services; their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.
6. Discord, broker accounts, and credential security
You are responsible for safeguarding your Windows account, device, Discord account, brokerage credentials, API credentials, email, multifactor-authentication methods, and recovery information. Do not share Lotra access, a bound installation, session data, or credentials with another person. Notify RAR7 LLC through the official Discord community and contact the affected third-party provider promptly if you suspect compromise.
Lotra does not ask you to send broker passwords, one-time codes, session cookies, account numbers, or Webull secrets to RAR7 LLC or through Discord. Enter them only in the local application or the relevant provider's official interface.
7. Installation-key binding and replacement devices
The first successful Discord login binds the Discord account to a random per-installation Ed25519 public key. The private key remains in the operating-system credential store. Lotra does not use this feature to collect hardware serial numbers, MAC addresses, TPM identifiers, or a general hardware fingerprint.
A client presenting a different installation key cannot sign in while the account
remains bound. Possession of the saved private key, rather than a physical-device
fingerprint, is what proves the bound installation. To replace the device, you must
contact the Lotra owner. The owner-only Discord
/unbind command removes the current binding and revokes active Lotra
cloud sessions. The next successful login binds the newly presented installation
key. RAR7 LLC may
require identity or account verification before unbinding and may refuse a request
where fraud, abuse, or conflicting ownership claims are suspected.
Deleting the local private key, resetting the operating-system credential store, or reinstalling in a way that loses the key makes the installation appear to be a new device. You are responsible for requesting an unbind; this does not create a refund right.
8. Brokerage connections and local data
Lotra connects from your computer to brokerage services you select. Depending on the integration, it may use an official API, an unofficial or reverse-engineered request flow, an open-source client, a visible browser, browser/session automation, saved cookies, or authenticated form submission. Webull uses its official OpenAPI, but use of an official interface does not by itself create an endorsement, agency, or partnership with RAR7 LLC.
Credentials, API secrets, tokens, browser profiles, account details, balances, positions, and detailed order history are processed locally or directly by the selected broker. You authorize Lotra to use that information solely to provide the features you select. You are responsible for confirming that the integration and any automated access comply with your broker agreement and applicable law.
9. Cloud signals and automatic live-order authorization
Orders may be submitted without a per-signal confirmation
When an authorized administrator issues a Lotra /buy or
/sell command, that command is the administrator's final instruction;
the current Discord summary does not require a second approval button. If you have
manually started the desktop cloud listener, Lotra may claim that signal, connect
to your enabled broker logins, obtain previews, verify cloud authorization, and
submit eligible live orders to every selected account without showing the ordinary
per-order desktop confirmation dialog.
Starting the listener is your standing instruction for eligible current and future active signals until you stop it, lose access, close the application, or the Service stops. Account selectors and enabled logins determine the intended targets. Stopping the listener prevents new cloud work but may not interrupt an order that is already being submitted. An order accepted by a broker can remain active after Lotra closes, your session expires, or a signal expires.
Manual/custom orders and selected-position sales follow their displayed local review workflow. Cloud signals use the separate standing-authorization workflow described above. You must understand the difference before starting the listener.
10. Safety controls are not guarantees
Lotra may apply configurable share and cost limits, account selectors, quote and tradability checks, existing-position checks, deadlines, broker previews, Premium rechecks, local execution guards, idempotency identifiers, and reconciliation rules. These controls reduce certain risks but cannot guarantee that an order is appropriate, correctly priced, unique, accepted, filled, canceled, or reported accurately.
When a network or broker response is uncertain, Lotra may refuse a blind retry because the broker could already have accepted the order. You must inspect the brokerage account before retrying or taking corrective action.
11. Securities and automation risks
You can lose some or all money placed at risk. Automated trading may create losses before you notice an order. Risks include volatility, slippage, stale or incorrect quotes, market-order price movement, delayed data, partial fills, rejected or duplicate orders, missed signals, unavailable buying power, margin consequences, corporate actions, taxes, fees, market halts, outages, clock errors, software defects, lost connectivity, and broker/API/browser changes.
A preview is an estimate, not an execution price or promise of availability. Broker records control if they conflict with Lotra. You must monitor confirmations, open orders, fills, rejections, cancellations, balances, positions, margin, tax records, and provider communications, and take prompt action where necessary.
12. Signals, suitability, and professional advice
Lotra signals are general instructions delivered to eligible users; the software does not collect your investment objectives, time horizon, income, net worth, tax status, or risk tolerance and does not determine whether a security or trade is suitable for you. Do not treat a signal, quote, preview, message, or software control as a guarantee of profit or as personalized legal, tax, accounting, or financial planning advice.
RAR7 LLC does not hold or custody your cash or securities and is not the broker that executes or carries your account. Nothing in the Service or these Terms represents that RAR7 LLC, a signal administrator, or another participant has a particular regulatory registration, exemption, fiduciary status, or professional qualification. Independently verify anyone whose signals you follow and consult appropriately licensed professionals. Review FINRA's investor guidance about auto-trading services. These Terms do not waive duties or protections that apply by law.
13. Third-party services and experimental integrations
The Service depends on Discord, Cloudflare, Microsoft Windows and its credential services, Google Chrome or compatible browsers for some workflows, market-data sources, open-source libraries, and the brokerage providers you choose. Their own terms, privacy notices, fees, security controls, eligibility rules, and availability apply independently.
Some broker integrations use unofficial, private, or reverse-engineered interfaces that can change without notice and may be inconsistent with a provider's preferred access method. They can fail, require additional authentication, or lead a provider to restrict an account. RAR7 LLC does not control third-party execution, outages, content, pricing, restrictions, security, or data practices and does not guarantee continued compatibility.
14. Your representations and responsibilities
You represent, warrant, and agree that you will:
- use only accounts and devices you are authorized to control;
- review settings, enabled logins, account selectors, limits, and listener state before use;
- maintain sufficient funds and understand cash, margin, settlement, and trading restrictions;
- comply with securities, tax, sanctions, market-abuse, broker, Discord, and other applicable rules;
- monitor the actual broker account rather than relying only on Lotra status;
- keep Windows, browsers, security software, and Lotra reasonably current; and
- stop using the Service and seek help if its behavior or an account result is unclear.
15. Acceptable use
You may not, and may not help another person to:
- violate law, manipulate a market, trade on unlawfully obtained information, or facilitate fraud;
- access another person's Discord, device, or brokerage account without authorization;
- share, resell, sublicense, transfer, or redistribute access or the executable without written permission;
- bypass Premium checks, device binding, policy acceptance, deadlines, limits, signatures, replay controls, or other security restrictions;
- forge, replay, scrape, overload, disrupt, probe, or introduce malicious code into the Service;
- reverse engineer or circumvent protective measures except where applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this restriction;
- misrepresent affiliation, regulatory status, performance, security, or endorsement; or
- use Lotra in a way that violates a third-party agreement or harms RAR7 LLC, users, or providers.
16. Updates, compatibility, and availability
RAR7 LLC may release, require, delay, or discontinue updates; change integrations, limits, or features; or suspend part or all of the Service for maintenance, security, legal, provider, or business reasons. An older build may stop working or become unsafe. Lotra does not currently promise uninterrupted service, an automatic updater, support for every Windows configuration, or compatibility with every brokerage account.
You are responsible for obtaining software only from a distribution location identified by RAR7 LLC and verifying published checksums where available. Security software or Windows SmartScreen may warn about an unsigned build; a warning is not a guarantee that a file is safe or unsafe.
17. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes local and cloud data, Discord OAuth, device and acceptance records, brokers, service providers, retention, security, and your choices. It is incorporated into these Terms. Do not transmit brokerage credentials, one-time codes, account numbers, or other sensitive financial information in Discord messages or public support channels.
18. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Lotra, stop the listener, log out, remove local data, revoke Discord authorization, or leave the server at any time. RAR7 LLC may restrict or terminate access, revoke sessions, remove a device binding, or discontinue the Service when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, Terms violations, fraud, security risk, provider requirements, legal obligations, or service discontinuation.
Termination does not cancel orders already accepted by a broker, erase third-party or legally retained records, eliminate accrued payment obligations, or create a refund right. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, payment, risk allocation, liability, privacy retention, and dispute terms, remain effective.
19. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." RAR7 LLC AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, BROKER COMPATIBILITY, ORDER EXECUTION, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND PROFITABILITY. RAR7 LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SECURITY CONTROLS WILL PREVENT EVERY ATTACK, THAT TRAFFIC OR SOFTWARE CANNOT BE INSPECTED, OR THAT DATA WILL NEVER BE LOST.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAR7 LLC, its managers, personnel, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; trading or investment losses; lost profits or opportunities; tax consequences; broker fees or restrictions; loss of data or access; or damages arising from a third party, outage, rejected/duplicate/missed/uncertain order, credential compromise, device loss, or use of an experimental integration.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and even if a party was advised that loss was possible, but they do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including where applicable for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAR7 LLC and its managers, personnel, contractors, and licensors from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized account access, violation of these Terms or a third-party agreement, market abuse, or infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by conduct for which indemnity cannot lawfully be required.
22. Changes to these Terms
RAR7 LLC may update these Terms when the Service, law, risk, providers, or business practices change. The effective date will be updated. Material changes may be announced through the app or official Discord community and may require fresh in-app acceptance before continued use. Changes do not retroactively alter a dispute that arose before the change where applicable law prohibits that result.
23. General legal terms
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement about the Service except for purchase terms displayed at checkout and written terms expressly incorporated by reference. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement or transfer access without written consent; RAR7 LLC may assign it in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, asset transfer, or operation of the Service, subject to applicable law.
Electronic notices and records satisfy writing requirements where permitted. Before filing a dispute, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve it through the contact method below. Applicable law governs, and any proceeding must be brought in a court or forum that has lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction remain.
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, civil disorder, labor action, utility or internet failure, cyberattack, market closure, government action, or third-party outage, except that this does not excuse payment obligations already due or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit a party to avoid.
